We recently purchased 2 bottles of Texas Pepper Jelly Mango Habanero Rib Candy, which we love!  However, when our pkg arrived m, one of the bottles had spilled. I was able to contact someone fairly quickly and within a couple of days, we had a replacement bottle in our hands. It was really appreciated how quickly they addressed the problem!!

This makes for a great sweet glaze at the end of a long cook. The habanero could be a bit of a non starter for some but I’m here to say it’s not that hot. It’s 90% sweet, with a hint of something else, which is the habanero flavor and heat. It’s a hint, not overwhelming. The mango flavor is awesome, clear, and very sweet. Over all a nice layer of flavor.

I love hot and I love mango!  However the Mango Habanero Rib Candy was a disappointment as a glaze on pork ribs and chicken ribs.
