Back in the day my Dad would marinate steaks all day long. Then as I got older we started just dry rubbing steaks and cooking them and they were just as good. Well, again, one of my comp buddies suggested I marinate my comp steak. It may help with my taste and tenderness scores. I'm like, whatever that stuff don't work. I was wrong. I normally finish mid pack at Steak comps. This past weekend 6 of 37. Hey, a little bit of money is better than nothing! Plus, Pancho and Lefty is one of my favorite songs that Willie Nelson sings.
