(3) Prairie Fresh pork collars , Average weight of 3-4lbs each
(3) Wichita Packing competition ribs, Average weight 2.7-3lb
(16) springer mountain trimmed chicken thighs. Skin scraped, knuckle off, deveined.

All meat is shipped frozen.

I have purchased several of the Mister Brisket Competition Box and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and convenience it provides. The brisket flat and collars were expertly trimmed, saving me a significant amount of time and effort. The ribs and chicken required minimal touch-ups to get them ready for smoking, which is a huge benefit given my demanding work schedule. This allowed me to focus on other important aspects of my cook, ensuring a consistent and high-quality result.

The quality of the meat in the Mister Brisket Competition Box is exceptional. The last box I received helped me achieve my first Grand Champion title! Third competition box we have ordered and used in a KCBS Masters event. Brisket is trimmed nicely, as are the collars and ribs. The chicken still needs just a bit of finishing trim, but the box reduces our prep time as a husband and wife only team by 3-4 hours or so during a comp week which has a lot of value for someone competing who has another full time job besides BBQ.

Competition box was received within a week of ordering, all meats were trimmed and frozen as advertised. The Brisket flat, Pork Collars and Ribs are decent quality, the chicken thighs however were extremely small, and i will probably end up replacing with larger thighs.
