not about the butcher BBQ product May 21, 2018 Reviewer: Dann Boland from Woodridge, IL United States   I just wanted to say think you to you guys. I ordered several rubs, some injection, and some sauce. The package was apparently mishandled in transit, and when I recieved it, 75 or so percent of the sauce was all over the inside of the box, due to the bottle having split open near the top. Everything else inside was drenched in the sauce, however, I was able to clean up everything but the sauce itself, and it is all fine. I emailed customer service, and had a new, undamaged jug of sauce 2 days later. OUTSTANDING customer service! Mark answered my email on his phone, while at a competition. That is customer service!
